To make real estate affordable for common men,government needs to introduce Empty land tax i.e. Wealth tax.This tax should be levied on vacant land/constructed property beyond 500 square feet,this way vacant land/flat/shop etc hoarding will come under check & also cancel GST as its a regressive tax,also introduce right to recall CM/PM laws and jury court system so as to check corruption.
