The video was on a class room discussion in Stanford Graduate school of business with Carlos Britto who is the CEO of Anheuser Busch worldwide. The topic was on dream big and getting the right leadership to direct a organization and create a certain culture which makes delivery of results possible.

Mr Britto said that having stretched targets is very important. However, besides thinking big, an organization also requires the right people based on meritocracy and incentives to retain talent. Combined with this you require an uniform culture in the firm.

The crux of the video was how to deliver results in challenging times and think growth with the right people, product and culture. Mr Britto stressed on the importance of retaining talent.
